Broken tabs and disappointment

I purchased my first bag of the dishwasher tabs in February 2025 and loved them. The second bag I purchased has been disappointing. First, the majority of tabs are broken which surprised me as the first bag was intact. Second, I am finding with this second bag that the tab doesn't always dissolve and I'm left with residue in the soap dispenser. Third, my dishes are not coming out as clean as they have in the past. I have cleaned my filter amd the dishwasher, scrape excess food off of the plates but nothing seems to help. I love the foaming hand soap and I really wanted to love these tabs but I won't be purchasing the dishwasher tabs again. Something seems to have changed since my first purchase.

Love these dishwasher tablets. The only thing with this order is the difference in the bags. One bag was ripped partially open and it was fortunate that I still had the bag from the previous order. They are not the same bags as previous order
