Note that this is 100% chocolate and no sugar, so it's akin to high quality baker's chocolate. Good for blending with other chocolates if you bake with it, create a hot chocolate drink, or other uses. ALL of Xocolatl chocolates are really wonderful; I prefer those without things added (ex: mint, whiskey) and just enjoy the flavor profiles of the chocolate bars in the 5 pack.
