Hearts Optical Illusion Slimming Leggings

I originally ordered a medium Based on the size recommendation and it was too big so I exchanged for a small. The small is still too big. For reference I am 5’2” and 123 pounds and I tend to carry my weight in my hips and thighs. I definitely need the extra small.
