Grass Fed Ground Lamb

Have never tried lamb and i shouldve known but definetly cery fatty. Exceptional flavor though very very good.

This was my first time cooking and eating ground goat. It was a winner in every way. Flavor and the variety of uses. I have eaten ground lamb before and wasn't a fan. However, I love this ground lamb. And again so many options for how to use in my meals. I'll continue t order both!!!
