Too small. We followed the size chart and the harness was very small and did not fit her. We need to return it for a larger size. We liked the product except for the size issue.

Perfect for my little dog who generally does not like harnesses
My little dog is afraid and hesitant to use a harness. We tried Goobe and the fit was perfect (size medium). She was comfortable and walked with ease with her new harness ! Very good quality and even when she wiggles on her back - the harness is not snagged at all !
