This is our second harness like this. I try other collars but this one is the one that fits my 7 lb Chihuahua. The collar is cooler than others. I am pleased with my Gooby harness.

Pretty easy to get on a wiggly puppy. However, the top hook is a little stiff and small to get in until worn several times.
