Hog Island Sweetwaters (Small)

Many of the oysters were milky upon opening. When I googled “milky oysters” turns out they are milky because they are spawning. I’ve bought oytsers from them before and they are usually plump and meaty. These were overly creamy, too soft and didn’t have their usualy flavor.

Always a great product
