Caviar Lime (Finger Lime)

I just love caviar limes! Wish they weren’t so expensive, but I love them, and buy them anyway! They’re so yummy, and such fun to eat!

DELICIOUS!! I love to add these on top of yogurt, other cut up fruits (bananas, melons, oranges, etc.), and my favorite is to smoothies and lemonade!!! It adds a boba-like texture and a POP of flavor to every mouthful!! This inspired me to purchase my own grafted Australian Caviar Lime tree. It's arriving tomorrow but going to take 1-3 years to yield. So, in the meantime, I'm setting up a subscription here!!! Delicious!! *note: make sure you add the lime caviar AFTER you blend the smoothie for optimum texture!
