Easy and good
First time brewing a fruit beer- I used a pound of whole raspberries and the resulting beer is tangy and slightly pink, with nice raspberry aroma

I made "Creamy Peach Wheat"
Subtly peach flavor. Almost all of the puree wound up in the bottom of the keg and got purged out as it looked very "sludgy". I added a pound of lactose to add sweetness and a more creamy mouth feel, which were noticeable but not as much as intended. Next time I'll try 2 pounds.

Raspberry Wheat
Fermented for 5 days, kegged at 50°F for 2 months for flavor development. Very noticeable raspberry flavor. Tart, not sour. The punch-to-the-tongue is reminiscent of a hard cider.
