I just put the roast in the slow cooker with some red wine and greek seasoning blend. 10 hours later dinner was ready. It was very juicy and tender. Amazing flavor as well. I will purchase again!

I slow cooked it in a large waterless-cookware pot on low all night in beef broth and salt/pepper. It was so tender it pulled apart with a fork like pulled pork and tasted awesome!
