I've been using Jiffy pellets to start my hydroponically grown greens and herbs for years. They give the seeds a good start, and hold together well in my Kratky bins and RDWC system. I can grow year round!

Works well for Early Starting

I really wish this were a bit sturdier, but it does the job. I just hate throwing them away and wish I could reuse the plastic with new plugs. Unfortunately the plastic warps after being in the sun, the the condensation drips out of the greenhouse.
