This is a fantastic set from the Vagus Nerve collection! If you are unsure if this line is right for you, this is the set. The book is full of helpful information and relation techniques. I use the pillow spray daily and feel much better with the Vagus Nerve oil. It's a refreshing blend that's very relaxing. Highly recommend making your Vagus Nerve happy!

This is a fascinating book. I’ve had some neck issues and I feel like when I go to bed doing these exercise exercises every evening has helped me. I’ve heard a lot about the vagus nerve, but this definitely gives a better understanding of it.
