Love necklace !!! Though Experienced lapse in service possible

I love this diamonds initial necklace for my Lady and she loves it as well! Though I received an order confirmation I never received a shipment confirmation or tracking info for it. I submitted a help request/inquiry and have not seen a response to my message though I have received my message necklace in the mail soon after, there was no checking up on the message. I will likely still shop again though my hopes are high that this was simply a lapse in service and not the norm
