Sous vide’d in bag with fresh dill, salted butter, and crushed garlic at 120 degrees for 20 minutes.
Seared in pan after for color and texture. These were amazing!

Superb
Like any food procured at the highest level of quality, these scallops required very little to result in an incredible taste experience. As all have said, fresh, ultimate quality. Just awesome!
