Missing Cord

The product works great, but cannot provide 5-star rating since there was no AC cord (to clear, the cord that has two female prongs that plug into the inflator, and a regular 2 prong plug that plugs into a regular electrical outlet) in the box when it was delivered. Therefore, had to go to Best Buy to buy a cord so I could use the inflator. The cord only cost ~$11, but it is $11 I shouldn't have had to spend, as well as an hour of time I shouldn't have had to spend going back and forth to Best Buy to purchase the required cord.

Replaced without me requesting! Wow!

Thank you for the great customer service on this replacement! great products and you have a customer forever with us! I was looking to replace a part and they did this instead!

Warranty claim

I purchased this compressor thru Amazon just over a year ago. After contacting JACO with warranty claim, a new unit arrived the following day thru Amazon. Amazing service!!!
