First time tasting RC found it to be very pleasant and GOOD MELTING

Great but a little bit dryer than expected

The taste is great but I think the gruyere I used to eat as a child/young adult in Europe was less dry and crumbly. I'll definitely reorder and will see if this is a consistent characteristic of this particular brand.
