Holiday treat from Free Range Meat

Ordered up a Piranha, Beef Belly, and some lard, and everything was tip top. The Picanha was perfect and cooked up super nice. Will definitely be back for Christmas shopping!!

This was a cut of meat I had never tried before and I should have tried sooner! It made a wonderful meal and I will be ordering again.
