I worked with Gia throughout the process of selecting a diamond and setting and working to form a custom ring that fit what I was looking for. The customer service was unparalleled that of which you could get anywhere else, as evidenced by the quick response to emails and a genuine care and interest in making this experience as great as possible. The ring turned out great, too. As someone who didn't know too much about rings coming into the process, it was so helpful having someone walking alongside me talking me through the in's and out's. I would absolutely choose Frank Darling if I had to go back and do it again!
