Cleaner did absolutely nothing in removing oxidation. I scrubbed shutters twice, once at 1:5 ratio and second time at 1:2 ratio per instructions. Had to scrub dry shutters with steel wool a third time to remove oxidation. Frustrated I applied restorer to shutters, they look good it hopefully it will last.
