Seasoning instructions?
A very well made item, but instructions on seasoning an "iron" pan vs. a "cast iron" pan are impossible to find. A link underneath this item leads to instructions on how to season a "Yamada wok". Ok, but am I just supposed to assume that this gyoza pan also ships with the same "varnish" coating that needs to be "burned off" before coating it with oil? Maybe? But it's a lot to just assume when I want to properly prepare and care for such an expensive item.. Please include brand specific care instructions for these unique iron pans. Thanks.
