Arbequina Olive Tree

Two-part review here on product and customer service

Ordered and received 2 Olive trees. Paid for specified height and delivery option. Product was delayed with shipping which is no big deal and expected given current environment and Labor shortage. Upon arrival, the two trees were below the height paid for and requested per the website. I was fine with this because one of the olive trees was robust and the other nearly dead. Both trees were beat to hell during shipping and completely out of the pots and roots nearly dried up with cardboard box enclosure pulverized. As I mentioned, one of the trees survived and is gorgeous taking root and growing. Spoke to customer service and they were amazing. Requested pictures of the malnourish tree and immediately shipped another. I will follow up with a review once I receive the replacement tree approximately July 6th or 7th. Again, first time ordering trees or plants of any kind and having them shipped. My expectations were questionable so we'll see how it goes from here and happy to leave a second review.

This tree is so beautiful. She has taken to her new home so we’ll. Her leaves have turned a deep dark green and she’s filling out nicely. I love the customer service here. My last tree didn’t make it through the winter, and the replacement seems much better and will have time to acclimate for next winter. Thank you!
