Surprisingly good. I have only purchased the keto soups and add my own additional keto ingredients to make the soup heartier. But this particular chicken soup is quite satisfying as it is out of the box. My usual complaint: it is difficult for my old arthritic fingers to cut that box open to get it into a pot!
