3 Stars because of lack of info

I was looking for dry powder, but this is a liquid. Description and package photos do not show anything about it being a liquid. I am not sure I can even use it, and it would cost more to ship it back and get a refund than to suck up the cost. But, I guess it might work for it's intended use.
