Slim Shelving Unit and Wire Drawers

The shelving unit does not life flat. It comes to a little peek in the middle on the second shelf from the top. In addition, I ordered two of the wire baskets which I thought fit on the shelving unit however they don’t and I have contacted origami twice to see how to return both times getting a response that someone would look into it and then never hearing back. I would not be ordering from this company again.
