Fun change for jumproping

The rope looks a little crazy hanging on my wall with my other jump ropes. Its larger than I expected but it feels every bit of 5 lbs and seems durable. I try and do 50 jumps with it at the end of my workouts.

Crossrope for the win

I'm a strength / conditioning coach and I've been curious about the system for a while so I decided to get one. I invested in several weights and it cost about $200. Well.....porch pirates stole my package. I called my CC company-no help. Called Fed Ex- No help. So I send Crossrope a message......and about an hour later they asked me to select a pick up location so they can resend my order. I could not believe it. Anyway- I received the ropes and they are as advertised. They are a staple part of my training program-and the company is just a high quality as the ropes. Thank you.
