4 lb stepped up the challenge
I thought the Crossrope ultra-heavy ropes would be too much. I did not see a logical add for these monsters. Jennika showed me the value of the ultra-heavy ropes to HIIT or TABATA training, or my own heavy rope challenge designs. Watching her swing an ultra heavy rope convinced me it add the 4 lb to my program. It’s a monster, but it is additive to my workouts. 5 lb, maybe? Let’s see if I can master the 4 lb first. 8 weighted ropes seems enough for now.

I was using a combination of 1/2, 1, and 2lb for a while, then saw the 4lb on sale. It’s very challenging, but doable. I am also 6’3” 215lbs, which might help. Definitely requires the heavier duty handles, one of which I broke by dropping to the floor.
