Flat Top Starter Kit - Outdoor Grill

Great flattop, Heavy, Warped temporarily, and get yourself some better Spatula's and the cover!

I'm guessing most people won't see this since rating are sorted by star and 5-stars are displayed first, and by default. I really like the flattop, I've never cooked with one before so I was excited to learn the art as I awaited for my shipment to arrive. The flattop is exceptionally even in terms of heat dispersant and I've successfully made smash burgers and full Easter breakfast with enjoyable and professional results. The only reason I feel the need to take a star of the rating is because the tools that are included with it are a bit sub-par. The oil and salt scrub, even the scraping tool are great. However, the two spatulas (which I'm learning are key tools to flattop cooking seem flimsy, and even bent each time I "smashed" down on our burger patties. The flattop itself is solid, and HEAVY, so be forewarned. Also, the very first time we used it, it sort of "snapped" into an uneven shape which really freaked us out and got me looking at the return policy. By the end of the first cook, it had flattened itself out and seems rock solid and flat now. So I feel like with a 3rd party set of spatula's, one would have everything they need. I also bough the <$20 cover which is a really nice-to-have accessory for keeping things clean and orderly (as opposed to leaving this $100 piece of metal on the grill at all times).
