I love the way it allows air flow all the way around it. It allows for the debris to burn very quickly! It is a little tricky assembling it, and the directions are a little vague. Because of that, it's tight fit makes you wonder if you are doing it right. But after reaching out to customer service a few times I was able to get it done. There was one item that I'm not a big fan of. That would be the feet to the base/riser and how they attach. After installing thr feet, you can barely touch the base and the feet can start to fall off. I'm not sure about the 4 side version. But the XXL version with 6 sides, its almost impossible not bumping it the base while you try to put the sides together. Which means you're trying to put the feet back on after the side are put together. These units are made from very heavy steel and that means its very difficult to accomplish putting the feet back on after they've fallen off. But all in all I love the look of the unit and and how it works. I will be getting the fire pit next.

Fantastic Burn Cage

I recently purchased the PyroPro XXL, 11ga. burn cage with lid. Although set up was a bit difficult alone, I managed to get it together with a little help with a 4 pound persuader. Top tip - be sure to prepare a level pad for optimal ease of assembly. I love this thing! I was able to burn all of my collected yard waste in a day. Started with dry stuff and once hot incinerated wet branches and sticks with enthusiasm. Side slats are thin enough to allow for maximum oxygen feed and limit release of embers. I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of this unit and would recommend purchasing without hesitation - I would also strongly recommend getting the Pro 11ga. steel because the panels do flex/warp some as a consequence of the intense heat the unit produces.

I have yard waste and tree limbs that seem to be regularly in need of disposal. After getting a fire started it developed a chimney effect that burned rapidly and cleanly. It also burned quanities of paper files better than expected. Good product.
