Great Customer service
I love their carry-on with laptop sleeve. One time I accidently checked the suitcase with my laptop in the sleeve and it arrived at my destination fully intact! Great assortment of colors, lightweight smooth rolling wheels.... This company stands behind their warranty - excellent service when I encountered an issue a few years after my purchase!

Amazing customer service!
Love our new Carry On Pro SnapSleeve pieces. I bought three for family gifts, and each recipient has loved their carry ons and the amazing extra features. One of the three pieces had a small crack that prevented the snap sleeve from staying attached securely. Customer Service quickly handled this for us, so out travels could continue. I can't say enough how thankful I am for this amazing and professional customer service.
