Junction Plate Barn Door tracks

The barn doors are well made and very attractive. Purchased through a 3rd party and they were not pre-drilled and it required me to router the bottom of the doors to receive the guides. The plastic ones were inadequate for my insulation so I contacted Homacer directly. The splice hardware for the top rail had a return on the underside. Every time the doors were opened, the junction plate knocked the safety stops off the top of the door. The folks at Homacer satisfied my issue and the roller guides and junction plate but it caused a delay while waiting on the parts to arrive and it ended up costing me an additional $50 for the replacement hardware
