BEST BARN DOOR TRACK SYSTEM EVER!

I purchased 2, 12 foot long bi-parting door barn door track systems with soft open and close mechanisms. After all the research I did on barn door track systems and from speaking with people at different companies that make barn door tracks, the knowledge and customer service at real/craft was beyond any of the other companies I researched. Whenever I called, I was able to speak with the original person I worked with or he would get back to me very quickly. Whenever I need information sent, it was sent immediately. My contractor even needed to call and was immediately helped with a modification that was being made and real/craft worked with us to make the system work. These products are sleeker and better proportioned then other track systems that cost less, and even ones that cost more. It’s obvious that someone with a good eye designed all aspects of every part of your system. The installation went beautifully and all parts fit together as they should. The finish tracks and closers run perfectly. Each door weighs 70 pounds and everything moves perfectly. I wish more companies that I have to deal with whereas good as real/craft from customer service and knowledge of product as well as quality and functionality. Take care, Ben

Very nice, but lacking necessary preorder information

Looks great. The main thing they need to do is provide some decent online tools to help figure out exactly what to order. It took well over a week going back and forth with the sales rep, and we still didn’t get it quite right.
