Creamy Vanilla Goodness

I love the way the sugar cookie melts in your mouth, and then you get a hit of that creamy, vanilla goodness in the aftertaste. The edges are nicely crisp with a soft center. I do prefer the plain white sprinkles to the rainbow sprinkles because the colors stain my fingers. Other than that, this is a perfect cookie!
