7mm Neoprene Back Support Belt

Excellent belt

Excellent! Wish I had purchased it earlier. I’ve been using cheap soft belts which haven’t done much considering I pulled a PB deadlift the first time I wore it!

I like this one more than the 7mm neoprene red one. It is stiffer, so it tightens my core better.

I have damaged my back specifically my lumber region, buying this belt has been a game changer as it gives me support when I need it The belt as comfortable and gives great support for your lower back.
