They seem nice, but wow...are they ever small.
Purchased these for my 17 year old daughter in a unisex medium. She cannot get them past her forearms. Its a shame, as I have the knee pad, and I have been very happy with them. Honestly, I am not sure how these are sized, as the knee pads are pretty standard with other pads I have tried, but unless you have spindly arms, order up at least one size. Maybe a few sizes as these are really tiny. I have no comment on the padding, but it feels like the same type as in the knee pad, which, as noted, has been comfortable to ride in.

Love it!
Great pad. This is my third pair (I ride twice a week, all year and they last for more than a year). Very snug out of the box. It takes about three rides before they fit well, but then I never notice them after putting them on.

Overall Good
Sizing is pretty tricky with these, I'm not a large guy, but the size chart has me at an XL. They are loose at both ends, but very snug in the bulk of the forearm. They stay in place well and are very comfortable to ride in - I forget they are on.
