Pretty average set of pads
Nothing all that special about these knee pads. Haven't crashed in them yet, but I think they would do the trick. Not especially comfortable while pedaling up the mountain, but you forget about them being there on the way down. Already have holes in the material that goes behind your knee which is disappointing considering they have only been out on two rides. Hopefully they last a bit longer.

Slayer pro knee guards
You don’t notice them riding. They stay in place. I think the best feature is how much they are shaped. I think the shaping will prevent them from moving around in a crash.

Knee pads
Overall I really like the knee pads. I have big legs and the XL is a little tight on me, definitely measure your legs before buying and if you are in between sizes size up. Little warm when riding but the protection feels great. I would recommend and would buy again.
