I have been on the fence about buying this for so long, but when I saw it on sale for St Patty's Day, I had to finally pull the trigger. It's very thick and VERY green, but the flavor is really good. I thought it was true to the honeydew flavor I love. Yes, it's a little fake sweet, but I'm ok with that. I have tried it so far in a honeydew limeade and in a honeydew iced matcha latte. Both were really enjoyable. I look forward to buying this again when I run out.

I may or may not be slightly addicted to honeydew milk tea..... So a 5.5 pound thing of honeydew syrup is like my dream come true.
The only thing I will say about it is it does lack that buttery honeydew flavor that you get from the powder, but other than that it's amazing.
When I get honeydew powder I tend to finish it all in like a day or two because I can't stop myself from drinking it, hopefully this will last the year.. but maybe not. When I reorder you'll know 🤣
