A+ reformulation!!

this is my favorite boba tea protein!! i had shied away from the original because of the stevia content, but made the purchase when boba tea protein worked out a reformulation with no stevia and higher black sesame content. it's really so good - i love that it's not too sweet and that you can really taste (and see!) the black sesame. waiting for this to restock because i'm almost out. please never change it!!

The Black Sesame is my favorite flavor from this brand. I mix it with black tea instead of water and *chefs kiss.* It really does satisfy that boba craving. I wish they would add black sesame to the subscription options.

I just wish it didn't have stevia

I tried the new formulation, and it absolutely tastes like sesame. However their advertisement of the new formulas originally said no stevia and this was one of the big aftertaste complaints with the first one. I tried to bury it with plant based Mills, monkfruit nut flavored syrups, and actually adding more black sesame paste which increases the calories and still could not get rid of the aftertaste. I may order in the future but it won't be a go-to because of this issue.
