I was not sure about this product, as there are so many whey proteins our there these days. The taste was ok for strawberry, not the best I have ever had, but it is a flavour I would buy again. It mixes with a smooth texture, but it froths up a bit, which is probably the Isolate in it. But that soon settles. Overall, for the money, it's a decent protein shake.

Mixed well and tastes great! Recommend that you let it settle for 5 minutes after shaking. I use it with water and it works well- will purchase again.

Great value own brand product. I mix THP casein and whey together for a multi phase hit of protein.
