Missing a page?
Clearly, one must sew the lining closed at the end, but the instructions jump from pinning it closed and it's finished once the button is sewn on!? Top stitching around top edge is advisable as well. I feel that a page is missing from the instructions. Otherwise, something is off with the pleat measurements on the extra small size - things just don't fit together - the lining is too large. I did some adjustments to the pleats and trimmed a bit of the lining off and got it to go together okay. I suggest limiting the pleats' stitching to 3/4" rather than 1". I'll be interested in making a larger size to see what happens. It's cute - no doubt about that.

Love this pattern!
I’ve made 3 of these bags and the pattern was great and easy to follow. My mother in law will love them! I plan on making many more in the future for gifting and for myself!

Stylish clutch!
An easy sew with no complicated steps. Great for beginners. A quick sew with fun results in the end. I made the size small to match the dress I’m currently sewing. She’s 3-1/2 years old. The sky’s the limit on different possible uses, just use your imagination!!
