These are amazing rain pants. Light weight, full zippers on the leg areas and built in snow gators.

Most Versatile Hardshell Pant
The features on this pant provides much more versatility than other waterproof bottoms. The venting works great with the hip vents on the alpine pant. The pockets allow for use as the primary outer layer with a base layer underneath and the snow gaiters are a nice touch.

I've only tried it on, so I don't know about its waterproof and breathable performance, but I chose the size I usually wear, and it's easy to move around in and quiet. It would be better if the powder guard could be removed.
