How Do I Feel? A Dictionary of Emotions for Children

I spent ages looking at this book, the illustrations are AMAZING!!! I bought this book for my neuro spicey whānau howver when I started reading through the book I found it very relatable as well. I don't think this book has an age group per say, it is so useful for all of us of different ages to safely express our emotions, to understand them and to sit with those emotions and have a proactive outlet for these. Just brilliant 💯
