3yr old asks me to read it
I decided to get ‘Finding my Calm’ before our 3yr old starts preschool in a few weeks, he has understood the basic mindfulness concept, and has asked me to read it multiple times a day since first opening it, big win. I must admit the rhyme is pretty difficult to read (could be simplified?) but he loves the pictures, they’re stunning and more important to him than the words at this age. We hope to support him to use the ‘5 things’ for difficult feelings and experiences as he and our family grows.
