I ordered this book for my 7 grandchildren. Thankfully each generation is becoming more aware of what emotions actually are and what to do with them. I know my parents and grandparents generation hardly recognised them, definitely didn’t speak of them. I broke that pattern with my 4 children but am investing even more into understanding emotions into my grandchildren’s growth. Thank you, they are loving the poster in their ‘sleep over’ bedroom. And I’ve heard some lively discussion between them about how they feel about their own experiences. A beautiful book and poster than I highly recommend for parents and grandparents
