So nice!

We've bought BP monitors for years. This one is the best ever!! It's display is large-which we need. It's welll lit and the colors help a lot. The cuff is much easier to adjust than any others we've owned. The ability to switch from lying down or sitting up readings is something we need. I'm disabled and sometimes I can't stand up. All in all? Great!!

I have access to many BP monitors. This model seems as accurate as most once you become familiar with the sweet spot to place the cuff. This is similar to many other BP monitors. What I don't care for is the awkward software and button system to go back through the saved past tests. I have the BM 81 model as well and prefer it, especially saving the tests results in the MedM app.

Lacks responsive customer service

I am sure that I could get my money's worth if I could learn how to use all the features. As it is, the setup was NOT easy for me and I still need to keep a record of my readings on a sheet of paper. Compared the numbers with the medical clinic and I am getting an acurate reading; that is the reason why I gave the two stars.
