Last pair of straps you'll ever need
I was in the market for a new pair of straps to tie down my motocamping gear. Most folks on Reddit tend to recommend Rok Straps, but my first thought was... since the majority of my luggage can be compressed (clothing, tent, sleeping bag, etc.), how will elastic straps handle over time? How much do I have to stretch the elastic bands to compensate for the luggage compression? etc. With all these questions and doubt in my mind, I began looking for alternatives.
I received my cinch straps from Mosko within a few days of ordering. Getting it set up was easy, and once I figured out my mounting points and secured my luggage, I could basically lift my entire moto up by the secured tailbag. Heck, I rode around for an entire week with an overpacked bag and it did not budge at all.
