Celestron StarSense Explorer DX 102 Telescope

Epic service all round!

I've managed to whip out my Celestron StarSense Explorer DX 102 Telescope 3 times so far since purchasing this only 3 weeks ago and boy oh boy am I beyond stoked with it. One slight hiccup was the activation code for the star sense all to connect the device to the telescope, but a quick turnaround (literally a matter of hours after I emailed them close to midnight) had the Celestron team providing a new code and apologising for any inconvenience. I had it all set up ready to go that next morning! If your activation code is 6 digits, this is incorrect it must be 8, so just reach out to their support team and you'll hear back from their support pronto. The Jacobi Digital experience was amazing, the telescope was shipped out the very next day post purchase, arrived safe and in a pristine state and they kept me in the loop of its whereabouts at all times. It literally arrives 2 days later!!! Honestly I've been chuffed with my experience to date with both Jacobi Digital and Celestron Support, highly recommend!!

Love my StarSense Explorer DX102 Telescope

The above telescope was bought for me as a birthday present. I am completely new to astronomy so am excited about having got this set up. It was reasonably easy to set up, I just ran into one issue - the part that the phone holder screws into was upside down and I struggled to get it to move. Overall I am very happy - daytime testing has gone well and now I am just waiting for a (relatively) cloud free night to explore the sky :)

Fabulous. Bought as a surprise birthday present for our son in law, he is absolutely over the moon (pun intended). Hard to get him to go to bed at night, the technology is amazing and addictive. Great service from the knowledgeable and professional team at Jacob's.
