Celestron StarSense Explorer LT 114AZ Telescope

Got the telescope as a Christmas gift for our son. Ventured to trying out the telescope on our own for the first few days to no avail. We couldn't see anything in the view finder except blurs. Contacted the team via email and received a call the very next day even though they were closed for the holidays! Turns out... we were turning the focal wheels too fast!!! Can't wait for a clear night sky. Thanks a million team!

The website from Jacobs was excellent. The basic guidelines regarding the various 'scopes available and their pros and cons are made clear. The features of the various models were well set out and made a choice easy. The customer guide I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. Putting the Celestron StarSence explorer together was easy. Now waiting for the sky to clear to try it out.
