One of my favorite dark chocolate bars

I hadn't tried chocolate originating from lava fields but after having this, I bought their entire line up of minis. I think the minis are a perfect size for this because their chocolate is usually rather dark but each bar presents a great set of flavors that you can pick up and confirm with their flavor notes. It's a pleasure to try their chocolate and I'm so glad I have access to them here

cherry and white grape, vanilla and honey

Wow I really love this one! Very complex flavor, deep and smooth. I taste the cherry and white grape, though I don’t really taste the lemon. I also get sweet notes of vanilla and honey. Finishes with a flavor of classic cocoa. The bar was thin, but not too thin—enough for a deep flavor and lasting mouthfeel.

Fantastic.
