2 Damaged Deliveries

I’ll start by saying that Glori from customer service is a superstar! Extremely attentive, efficient & caring. However, due to poor packaging, I still have not received acceptable product. The 1st package contained 7 out of the 11 jars, unpacked & repackaged by UPS in mailing envelopes. I was skeptical of using the product. Glori placed a replacement order which was again damaged & was discarded by UPS. I’m awaiting the 3rd shipment which will hopefully be shipped with shatter proof packaging. I sent photos of the first shipment to Glori as proof of the problem. Again, she was fantastic & is an asset to your company. I gave 3 stars for the experience although the flavor of the sauce & Glori deserve 5 stars.

Just the right amount of kick

Sometimes I want more spice and heat to the Sunday Gravy....this doesn't the trick.

I love the Primal Kitchen Arrabbiata Marinara Sauce. It is my go to Spicy sauce when I am feeling a little Spicy myself! I am never disappointed.
