Using a longer Gongfu steep, with 30-45 seconds for the first steep (on 5g) and subsequently longer steeps each time, this brings out a balanced, fairly soft, very earthy taste. We get 6 steeps with this method with steeps 2 and 3 having the most robust flavor. It is full and rich, and each steep is slightly different. Enjoy!
